This manual turbo Volvo has been left alone. I want to purchase it, and modify it tastefully. Not nearly enough people bought these in blue, it looks excellent with the blacked out trim.

Also, the blue was quite common here. Remember one particularly nice turbodiesel from when I was younger, those are sought after now.

It is kms though, not miles. Still not low by any means, but it's not high enough to scare me yet. I semi-regularly see them for sale well into the 500s

If it hangs around long enough for me to vacate my Blazer-filled parking spot, it shall be done. Damn, over here they're all grey or beige/gold. Sometimes black or white.

Oh, that’s fine. Just a stupid American over here. I really like it. I actually miss my old Saab and all the Volvos I used to ride around in in high school.

My first Volvo was an ‘85 Turbo in that color, with blue pinstripe velour seats.

The badges have been changed on the trunklid, though. ‘85s got a cursive-like script where the T in Turbo looked almost like a J.

Also, the wheels aren’t original. Those are the Draco wheels from a later Turbo sedan. ‘85 got the Sirius wheel, instead. Hella rare, but awesome, and they’re also the lightest OEM Volvo wheel. In addition, the grille shouldn’t be eggcrate on an ‘85 to be all-original. It should be a standard grille without chrome plating.

I may or may not be a (reformed) Volvo geek.

That is all awesome info, I have to say I’m glad the badges are changed, I’m not a fan of the script ones. Those Sirius wheels are cool.
